The Role
You will be responsible for the reliability, scalability, and security of our entire platform. You will build and manage our infrastructure, automate our deployment pipelines, and ensure our systems are running smoothly 24/7.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage our cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP).
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Set up and manage our monitoring and logging stack (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Manage our databases, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
- Implement security best practices across the platform.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or similar role.
- Strong experience with a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with open-source telecom software (SigScale, FreeSWITCH, etc.).
- Experience with networking and security.
- Experience with database administration (PostgreSQL).
