1. MARKETING SERVICES

1.1 Cancellation Policy

• Monthly service packages: 30-day written notice required before the next billing cycle
• Project-based services: Cancellation allowed up to 48 hours after contract signing
• Ongoing campaigns: 7-day notice required, subject to completion of current deliverables

1.2 Refund Policy

• Services not yet commenced: Full refund within 7 business days
• Services in progress: Prorated refund based on completed work, minus 20% administrative fee
• Completed services: No refunds available
• Custom strategy development: 50% refund if cancelled within 72 hours, no refund thereafter

2. ONLINE COURSES

2.1 Cancellation Policy

• NO CANCELLATIONS: All online course purchases are final and non-cancellable
• Pre-launch courses: No cancellations allowed once payment is processed
  
• Active courses: No cancellations allowed – access continues as purchased
• Live courses/webinars: No cancellations allowed once registered and paid

2.2 Refund Policy

• NO REFUNDS: All online course purchases are final and non-refundable
• Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued regardless of course completion status
• Technical issues preventing access: Technical support will be provided to resolve access issues
• Course content disputes: Technical support and course guidance will be provided, but no monetary refunds

3. DIGITAL TEMPLATES

3.1 Cancellation Policy

• NO CANCELLATIONS: All digital template purchases are final and non-cancellable
• Individual templates: No cancellations allowed once payment is processed
• Template bundles: No cancellations allowed once payment is processed
• Subscription-based templates: No cancellations allowed during subscription period – access continues until natural expiration

3.2 Refund Policy

• NO REFUNDS: All digital template purchases are final and non-refundable
• Before download: No refunds available once payment is processed
• After download: No refunds due to digital nature of product
• Defective templates: Technical support and file replacement provided, but no monetary refunds
• Subscription templates: No refunds – access continues until subscription period ends

4. GENERAL TERMS

4.1 Refund Processing

• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds issued to original payment method
• Third-party payment processor fees non-refundable

4.2 Exceptions

• Force majeure events may extend refund processing times
• Violation of terms of service voids refund eligibility
• Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension
